These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CollectWorth mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CollectWorth is a personal utility app that helps you organize collectible items, record purchase and current values, track changes over time, and generate collection reports for your own reference.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction if higher. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are solely responsible for the information, photos, voice notes, values, and other content you enter into the App ("User Content"). User Content is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it through system features.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You represent that you have the right to use and store any content you add to the App.
All value figures, profit/loss calculations, analytics, and reports are based on information you provide or derive from your own records. CollectWorth does not verify market prices, authenticate items, or provide investment, tax, or financial advice.
You agree not to rely on the App as the sole basis for financial, insurance, legal, or resale decisions.
CollectWorth offers optional consumable "Points" that can be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Points are virtual credits used only within the App to unlock certain actions, including:

Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or goods outside the App. Points are consumable digital goods and generally cannot be restored after use or device changes. All purchases are final except where required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. Payment processing is handled by Apple; refund requests must be submitted through Apple.
We do not offer auto-renewing subscriptions in the current version of the App.

The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and original content (excluding your User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in your region, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
