Introduction

CollectWorth ("we", "our", or "the App") is a personal collectible value tracking application for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use CollectWorth. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Collection data you enter. Information you add to the App—such as collectible names, brands, values, notes, tags, categories, reports, and transaction history—is stored locally on your device.

Photos. If you grant permission, you may import or capture photos of collectibles. Photos are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Voice notes. If you grant microphone permission, you may record voice notes. Audio files are stored locally on your device.

Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple may provide us with purchase confirmation needed to credit Points to your in-app balance.

App Tracking Transparency. With your permission, we may use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework to collect data for advertising attribution and to help improve app performance. You can deny tracking permission in iOS Settings at any time.

Feedback. If you choose to submit feedback inside the App, any email address or message you provide is used only to respond to your inquiry.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account registration.
• We do not operate a cloud database for your collection records.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not use your collection data for advertising profiling.

How We Use Information

• To provide core App features, including collection tracking, analytics, and report generation.
• To deliver purchased Points after a successful App Store transaction.
• To improve stability and performance when you grant optional tracking permission.
• To respond to support or feedback requests you submit.

Data Storage and Retention

Your collection data, photos, voice notes, and Points balance are stored on your device using local storage mechanisms provided by iOS. Data remains on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App may permanently remove locally stored data unless you have a device backup that includes app data.

Third-Party Services

Apple App Store and StoreKit handle payment processing for in-app purchases. Apple's handling of your information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The App may use system share sheets to export reports; shared content is handled by the destination app you choose.

Children's Privacy

CollectWorth is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Your Choices

• You can deny or revoke Camera, Microphone, Photo Library, or Tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
• You can delete collectibles, notes, and reports within the App at any time.
• You can stop using the App and uninstall it to remove local data from your device.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information stored on your device through standard iOS security features. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
